Chapter 46-A: Voting by Lawful Permanent Residents and Persons Authorized to Work in the United States

Any city agency that has entered into a contract with an organization that includes, as part of such contract, provision of assistance to individuals in New York city regarding applying for United States citizenship through naturalization, shall request any such organization to provide notice to such individuals of their eligibility register and to vote in New York city pursuant to this chapter.
