Ohio Rev. Code § 117.47: Auditor's innovation fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the auditor's innovation fund. The auditor of state may use the fund for innovative audit, accounting, or local government assistance services that improve the quality or increase the range of services offered to local governments and school districts.

The fund shall consist of money appropriated to it.
