Ohio Rev. Code § 121.71: Incorporation by reference in rule definitions.

As used in sections 121.71 to 121.75 of the Revised Code:

(A) "Agency" means an "agency" as defined in section 111.15 or 119.01 of the Revised Code.

(B) "Rule" means a new rule or an amendment to an existing rule. "Rule" includes an appendix to a rule.
