Ohio Rev. Code § 125.08: Minority business enterprise notification list.

Any person who is certified by the director of development in accordance with the rules adopted under division (B)(1) of section 122.921 of the Revised Code as a minority business enterprise may have that person's name placed on a special minority business enterprise notification list to be used in connection with contracts awarded under section 125.081 of the Revised Code. The minority business enterprise notification list shall be used for bidding on contracts set aside for minority business enterprises only.
