Ohio Rev. Code § 153.37: Approval of plans for county home.

If the plans, drawings, representations, bills of material, and specifications of work and estimates of the cost thereof relate to the building, addition to, or alteration of a county home, they shall be submitted to the board of county commissioners. If approved by a majority of the board, a copy thereof shall be deposited in the office of the board of county commissioners and kept for the inspection and use of parties interested.
