Ohio Rev. Code § 1546.26: Parks and watercraft holding fund.

The parks and watercraft holding fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of money received by the division of parks and watercraft from gift card sales, credit card sales, and sales conducted at field locations.

With regard to gift card sales, the chief of the division of parks and watercraft shall transfer money in the parks and watercraft holding fund to the appropriate fund after gift certificates and gift cards are redeemed.
