Ohio Rev. Code § 184.20: Conflict of interest - forfeiture - repayment.

Where this section sits in the code

A member of the third frontier commission shall not receive support under section 184.11 of the Revised Code.

A member who violates this section shall forfeit the support received and shall pay the amount forfeited to the third frontier commission.
