Ohio Rev. Code § 2743.08: Supplies, equipment - compensation of personnel.

The supreme court shall:

(A) Furnish the clerk of the court of claims with the necessary printing, books, blanks, stationery, and equipment;

(B) Fix the compensation to be paid the clerk and deputy clerks, court reporters, secretaries, and clerical personnel employed by the court of of claims.
