Ohio Rev. Code § 3107.016: Schedule of education programs.

The department of children and youth shall develop a schedule of training that meets the requirements established in rules adopted pursuant to section 3107.015 of the Revised Code. The schedule shall include enough training to provide all agencies equal access to the training. The department shall distribute the schedule to all agencies.
