Ohio Rev. Code § 3111.48: Information included in order.

An administrative officer shall include in an order issued under section 3111.46 of the Revised Code a notice that contains the information described in section 3111.49 of the Revised Code informing the mother, father, and caretaker of the child of the right to bring an action under sections 3111.01 to 3111.18 of the Revised Code and of the effect of failure to timely bring the action.

An agency shall include in an administrative order issued under section 3111.47 of the Revised Code a notice that contains the information described in section 3111.50 of the Revised Code informing the parties of their right to bring an action under sections 3111.01 to 3111.18 of the Revised Code.
