Ohio Rev. Code § 3301.135: List of free, reduced cost epinephrine autoinjectors.

(A) As used in this section:

(1) "Epinephrine delivery system" has the same meaning as in section 3313.718 of the Revised Code.

(2) "Other public school" has the same meaning as in section 3301.0711 of the Revised Code.

(B) The department of education and workforce annually shall compile a list of organizations and companies that offer free and reduced cost epinephrine delivery systems to qualifying school districts, other public schools, and chartered nonpublic schools. The department shall make this information readily available on its web site and send a copy of the list by mail or electronically to each school district, other public school, and chartered nonpublic school.
