Ohio Rev. Code § 3301.15: Inspection of institutions employing teachers - reports.

The department of education and workforce or its authorized representatives may inspect all institutions under the control of the department of children and youth, the department of mental health and addiction services, the department of developmental disabilities, and the department of rehabilitation and correction which employ teachers, and may make a report on the teaching, discipline, and school equipment in these institutions to the director of children and youth, the director of mental health and addiction services, the director of developmental disabilities, the director of rehabilitation and correction, and the governor.
