Ohio Rev. Code § 3307.354: Superannuates or other system retirants.

The state teachers retirement board may establish a plan under which any contributions described in section 3307.352 of the Revised Code are invested at the direction of a superannuate or other system retirant in accordance with investment options established by the board.

If the board establishes a plan, the state teachers retirement system shall transfer a superannuate's or other system retirant's contributions to the plan.
