Ohio Rev. Code § 3313.72: Contract with health district for services of physician, dentist, or nurse.

The board of education of a city, exempted village, or local school district may enter into a contract with a health district for the purpose of providing the services of a school physician, dentist, or nurse, including a clinical nurse specialist or certified nurse practitioner. The board may also enter into a contract under section 3313.721 of the Revised Code for the purpose of providing health care services to students.
