Ohio Rev. Code § 3314.104: Prohibition of employment of person with permanently revoked or denied educator license.

No community school shall employ an individual in any position if the state board of education permanently revoked or permanently denied the individual a license under section 3319.31 of the Revised Code or if the individual entered into a consent agreement under division (E) of section 3319.311 of the Revised Code in which the individual agreed never to apply for a license after the date on which the agreement was entered into.
