Ohio Rev. Code § 3314.12: Sponsor to submit annual report of services and expenditures.

On or before the first day of November each year, the sponsor of each community school established under this chapter shall submit to the department of education and workforce, in accordance with guidelines adopted by the department for purposes of this section, a report that describes the special education and related services provided by that school to enrolled students during the previous fiscal year and the school's expenditures for those services.
