Ohio Rev. Code § 3314.354: [Repealed effective 10/09/2026 by H.B. 455, 136th General Assembly] Submission of data regarding schools at risk of permanent closure.

Not later than the thirty-first day of July of each year, the department of education and workforce shall submit preliminary data on community schools at risk of becoming subject to permanent closure under section 3314.35 or 3314.351 of the Revised Code.
