Ohio Rev. Code § 3327.17: Biodiesel school bus program.

The department of development shall establish a biodiesel school bus program under which the director of development shall make grants to school districts that use biodiesel fuel for pupil transportation to help offset incremental costs incurred by using biodiesel instead of one hundred per cent petroleum diesel.

As used in this section, "biodiesel" has the same meaning as in section 122.075 of the Revised Code.
