Ohio Rev. Code § 3328.04: [Repealed effective 10/09/2026 by H.B. 455, 136th General Assembly] Participating school districts.

The city, exempted village, or local school district in which a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter is located is a participating school district under this chapter. Any other city, exempted village, or local school district may agree to be a participating school district. The department of education and workforce shall adopt procedures for districts to agree to be participating school districts.
