The board of trustees of each college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall require that the reports of any investigation by the board or by the school's operator of an employee who works in the school, regarding whether the employee has committed an act or offense for which the chief administrator of the school or the president or chairperson of the board is required to make a report to the superintendent of public instruction under section 3328.19 of the Revised Code, be kept in the employee's personnel file.
