Ohio Rev. Code § 3328.32: [Repealed effective 10/09/2026 by H.B. 455, 136th General Assembly] Inclusion of college-preparatory boarding school students in ADM.

Each child enrolled in a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall be included in the formula ADM and total ADM of the district in which the child is entitled to attend school, as reported under section 3317.03 of the Revised Code.
