Ohio Rev. Code § 3332.16: Consumer transactions subject to consumer sales practices act.

Consumer transactions entered into with schools subject to this chapter are subject to Chapter 1345. of the Revised Code.

As used in this section, "consumer transaction" has the same meaning as in section 1345.01 of the Revised Code.
