Ohio Rev. Code § 3333.053: Eastern gateway community college records.

The chancellor of higher education shall serve indefinitely as the records custodian for the eastern gateway community college upon that college ceasing operations. However, the chancellor may enter into an agreement authorizing a third party to serve as the records custodian in the chancellor's place.
