Ohio Rev. Code § 3345.371: National Suicide Lifeline telephone number.

Each private college, as defined in section 3365.01 of the Revised Code, shall include the telephone number for the national suicide and crisis lifeline, "988" or its successor, on each student identification card issued after the effective date of this section and on any electronic portal administered by the private college that may be accessed by students, if provided or used by the private college.
