Ohio Rev. Code § 3701.80: Cooperation for health and sanitary practices of meal preparation and service for type A family child care homes.

The department of health shall cooperate with the director of children and youth when the director promulgates rules pursuant to Chapter 5104. of the Revised Code governing the health and sanitary practices of meal preparation and service for type A family child care homes, as defined in section 5104.01 of the Revised Code, recommend procedures for inspecting type A family child care homes to determine whether they are in compliance with those rules, and provide training and technical assistance to the director on the procedures for determining compliance with those rules.
