Ohio Rev. Code § 3702.967: Gifts.

The director of health may accept gifts of money from any source for the implementation and administration of sections 3702.96 to 3702.965 of the Revised Code.

The director shall pay all gifts accepted under this section and all damages collected under division (C)(3) of section 3702.965 of the Revised Code into the state treasury to the credit of the dental hygienist loan repayment fund, which is hereby created.

The director shall use the dental hygienist loan repayment fund for the implementation and administration of sections 3702.96 to 3702.967 of the Revised Code.
