Ohio Rev. Code § 3713.021: Reckless manufacture, sale, delivery or possession of crib bumper pad.

(A) No person shall recklessly manufacture, offer for sale, sell, deliver, or possess for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, or delivering a crib bumper pad.

(B) The superintendent of industrial compliance shall issue a notice of violation to any person found to have violated division (A) of this section.
