Ohio Rev. Code § 3770.074: Deducting child support or spousal support arrearage from video lottery terminal prize.

If the amount of a prize award from a video lottery terminal meets or exceeds the reportable winnings amount set by 26 U.S.C. 6041, the video lottery sales agent shall consult the data match program established under section 3123.89 of the Revised Code to determine whether the person is subject to a final and enforceable determination of default made under sections 3123.01 to 3123.07 of the Revised Code. If so, the video lottery sales agent shall withhold an amount from the prize award in accordance with section 3123.89 of the Revised Code.
