Ohio Rev. Code § 3781.08: Rules of procedure.

The board of building standards shall organize by choosing a chairperson who shall serve for a term of two years. The department of commerce shall provide and assign to the board of building standards such clerks, experts, and other employees as are required to enable the board to perform the duties and exercise the powers imposed upon or vested in it by law.
