Ohio Rev. Code § 3923.87: Compliance with section 3959.20.

Each sickness and accident insurer or public employee benefit plan shall comply with the requirements of section 3957.26 of the Revised Code as they pertain to health plan issuers.

As used in this section, "health plan issuer" has the same meaning as in section 3922.01 of the Revised Code.
