Ohio Rev. Code § 3956.061: Ohio life and health insurance guaranty association records confidential; exceptions.

(A) Except as provided in division (B) of this section, records created, held by, or pertaining to the guaranty association are not public records under section 149.43 of the Revised Code, are confidential, and are not subject to inspection or disclosure.

(B) Division (A) of this section does not apply to the plan of operation required under section 3956.10 of the Revised Code, other information required to be filed with the superintendent of insurance under this chapter, and any other documents required to be released under this chapter unless otherwise prohibited from release by law.
