Ohio Rev. Code § 4561.22: Prohibition.

Where this section sits in the code

(A) No owner or operator of an aircraft shall violate sections 4561.17 to 4561.20 of the Revised Code.

(B) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars for each violation.
