Ohio Rev. Code § 4713.331: Delegate to the cosmetology licensure compact commission.

Not later than sixty days after the "Cosmetology Licensure Compact" is entered into under section 4713.33 of the Revised Code, the state cosmetology and barber board, in accordance with Article 9 of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as a delegate to the cosmetology licensure compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs.
