Ohio Rev. Code § 4729.262: Approved epinephrine delivery systems.

The state board of pharmacy shall adopt rules designating the devices or other products that are approved by the United States food and drug administration for use in administering a premeasured dose of epinephrine through any route of administration into the human body. The rules shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
