Chapter 4731 Physicians; Limited Practitioners

(A) This chapter does not apply to or prohibit in any way an individual from practicing as a certified registered nurse anesthetist in accordance with Chapter 4723. of the Revised Code.

(B) This chapter does not prohibit an individual from practicing as an anesthesiologist assistant in accordance with Chapter 4760. of the Revised Code.
