Ohio Rev. Code § 4741.201: Chemical capture by certified officer.

(A) As used in this section, "chemical capture" and "certified officer" have the same meanings as in section 955.151 of the Revised Code.

(B) This chapter does not apply to an act of chemical capture by a certified officer in accordance with section 955.151 of the Revised Code.
