Ohio Rev. Code § 4751.26: [Former R.C. 4751.044, amended and renumbered by H.B. 166, 133rd General Assembly, effective 10/17/2019] Continuing education.

The board of executives of long-term services and supports shall approve continuing education courses for licensed nursing home administrators and licensed health services executives. The board may establish a fee for approval of such courses that is adequate to cover any expense the board incurs in the approval process.
