Ohio Rev. Code § 4751.37: Compliance with requirements of Social Security Act.

The board of executives of long-term services and supports shall take such actions as may be necessary to enable the state to meet the requirements set forth in section 1908 of the "Social Security Act," 42 U.S.C. 1396g.
