Ohio Rev. Code § 4752.18: Deposit of funds.

All moneys the state board of pharmacy receives under this chapter, from any source, shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licensing and regulatory fund created under section 4743.05 of the Revised Code.
