Ohio Rev. Code § 5101.212: Duty of religious organization contracting with department.

The department of job and family services or the director of children and youth shall publish in a manner accessible to the public all of the following that concern family services duties for which grants included in grant agreements entered into under section 5101.21 of the Revised Code are awarded: state plans for receipt of federal financial participation, agreements between the department and a federal agency, and executive orders issued by the governor. The department may publish the materials electronically or otherwise.
