(A) Whoever violates division (A) of section 5101.27 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B) Whoever violates division (A) of section 5101.63 or division (C)(2) of section 5101.631 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
