Ohio Rev. Code § 5103.08: Administering funds under state dependent care development grants.

The department of children and youth may enter into contracts with the department of education and workforce authorizing the department of children and youth to administer funds received by the department of education and workforce under the "State Dependent Care Development Grants Act," 100 Stat. 968 (1986), 42 U.S.C.A. 9871, as amended. In fulfilling its duties under such a contract, the department of children and youth may make grants to or enter into contracts with other public or private entities.
