Ohio Rev. Code § 5104.42: Payment procedure for publicly funded child care.

(A) The director of children and youth shall adopt rules pursuant to section 111.15 of the Revised Code establishing a payment procedure for publicly funded child care.

(B) The director, by rule adopted in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code, may establish a methodology for allocating the state and federal funds appropriated for publicly funded child care.
