Ohio Rev. Code § 5119.011: References to department or director.

(A) Whenever the term "department of mental health and addiction services" is used, referred to, or designated in any statute, rule, contract, grant, or other document, the use, reference, or designation shall be construed to mean the department of behavioral health.

(B) Whenever the term "director of mental health and addiction services" is used, referred to, or designated in any statute, rule, contract, grant, or other document, the use, reference, or designation shall be construed to mean the director of behavioral health.
