Ohio Rev. Code § 5153.121: Permitting employee sharing between department and county board.

(A) The board of county commissioners and the county children services board may agree to permit any employee of the department of children and youth also to perform duties for the county children services board, or to permit any employee of the county children services board also to perform duties for the department of children and youth.

(B) An agreement made under division (A) of this section may require the board of county commissioners to pay a portion of the wages of any employee of the county children services board who also performs duties for the department of children and youth or require the county children services board to pay a portion of the wages of any employee of the department of children and youth who also performs duties for the county children services board.
