Ohio Rev. Code § 5153.14: Reports.

The executive director shall prepare and submit an annual report to the public children services agency at the end of each calendar year and shall file copies of such report with the department of children and youth, the board of county commissioners, and the juvenile court. The executive director shall submit the inspection reports required under section 5153.16 of the Revised Code and such other reports as are required by law, by the rules of the director of children and youth, or by the board of county commissioners to specified governmental bodies and officers and shall provide reports to the public, when so authorized.
