Ohio Rev. Code § 5531.07: Agreements with federal government for highway beautification.

The director of transportation may enter into agreements with the secretary of transportation or other appropriate official of the United States as provided by the "Highway Beautification Act of 1965," 79 Stat. 1028, 23 U.S.C.A. 131, and any amendments thereof or supplements thereto.

Any expenditures of money by the director in connection with agreements authorized by this section shall be payable from any funds available to the director.
