Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.161: Lance Corporal Michael C. Spaulding, USMC, Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known as interstate route number seventy-six, commencing at the east avenue exit and proceeding in a southerly direction to the interchange of that interstate and interstate route number two hundred seventy-seven, within the municipal corporation of Akron only, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal Michael C. Spaulding, USMC, Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
