Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.409: Crooksville Firefighters David Theisen and Stephen Carletti Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number ninety-three between ceramic way and west main street, in Perry county, shall be known as the "Crooksville Firefighters David Theisen and Stephen Carletti Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
