Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.429: Marshal Teddy Ray Holcomb Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number thirteen between state route number seventy-eight and state route number three hundred twenty-nine, in Athens county, shall be known as the "Marshal Teddy Ray Holcomb Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
